Once the purchase process has been completed, the customer will receive a confirmation of the purchase by e-mail. It is essential that during the purchase process the user indicates a valid email address. If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours of completing the order, please contact TODOMOP by calling the customer service number 686 80 24 48 or by emailing hola@todomop.com. Upon receipt of the product at the delivery address provided, the customer will receive an ordinary invoice or a simplified invoice, depending on what has been requested.

Execution of the order

The availability of products offered by TODOMOP may vary depending on customer demand. Although TODOMOP updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that moment.

In the event of non-execution due to unavailability, TODOMOP will notify the customer as soon as it becomes aware of this situation via email or phone. The period of this communication will not exceed a maximum of 30 days. In this case, TODOMOP will refund the sums paid by the customer for the canceled order.

Prices

All products indicate the sale price in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT) for Spain. The order or invoice breaks down the gross price and the applied 21% VAT for sales in the Spanish peninsular territory. If any other tax is applicable, it will be indicated.

Deals and validity

In the case of a product on offer, the essential characteristics, the offer price, and the original price will always be indicated. In compliance with current regulations, TODOMOP provides information about all items for sale, their characteristics, and prices. However, TODOMOP reserves the right to withdraw, replace, or change the products offered through its website by simply changing its content. Thus, the products offered at any given time on the website will be governed by the current general contracting conditions. Likewise, the company will have the authority to cease offering access to the mentioned products without prior notice and at any time.

Discount coupons

Discounts are not cumulative in any case and the promotion in force at the time of purchase will be applied.

Shipment of products

TODOMOP ships to all countries within the European Union and also to a wide range of countries outside the European Union using DHL Express.

Delivery times

The goods shall be received within the following deadlines:

• Peninsula (Spain and Portugal): 24-72 hours (business days), depending on product availability, the chosen shipping service, and the destination location.
• Island Territories (Balearic and Canary Islands): 48 hours-5 business days, depending on product availability, the chosen shipping service, and the destination location.
• European Union: 24 hours-72 hours (business days), depending on product availability, the chosen shipping service, and the destination location.
• Rest of the Countries: 48 hours-72 hours (business days), depending on product availability, the chosen shipping service, and the destination location.

The deadlines indicated are the deadlines that will be met as a general rule, however, it is important to bear in mind that they may vary due to circumstances beyond TODOMOP's control. Factors such as customs delays, adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the timeliness of delivery.

Orders that enter outside the operational hours of the transport agencies (after 17:00 CET) will be shipped the next day.

The customer must check that the product is received in good condition and, if this is not the case, it must be noted on the carrier's sheet before signing the delivery note.

Responsibilities

The customer will have a period of 48/72 hours to check that the goods correspond to the order placed on our website, including additional components and parts included in the product.

It is the responsibility of TODOMOP that the products of the orders that are received until their collection by the transport agency are in the state specified in the description of the product in the online shop. The transport agencies are companies outside TODOMOP, so TODOMOP is exempt from any responsibility for damages, delays or any other incident. However, TODOMOP will make all the necessary arrangements with the transport agency to resolve the incident, inform the customer of the status of the incident and help the customer, as far as possible, to make any arrangements that need to be made to solve the problem, both in the case of breakage of the product or loss, for its replacement or processing with the agency's insurance.

TODOMOP cannot make any claims against the transport agency once the delivery documents have been signed.

Orders received in the afternoon are not guaranteed to be dispatched on the same day due to the limited time that exists in these cases until the material is picked up by the transport agencies.

Shipping and transportation costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are borne by the customer and are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products according to the rates of the transport agencies. If multiple options are available, the customer can select their preferred option. Shipping costs will be reflected in the purchasing process separately from the product costs.

Payment methods

Credit/Debit Card - VISA y MASTERCARD

All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) standard security technology. When paying with VISA or MASTERCARD, the following information will always be requested: the card number, expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the three digits printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, providing more guarantees about the security of the transaction.

If the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using a payment card number, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In this case, the corresponding debit and credit entries in the supplier's and the cardholder's accounts will be made as soon as possible. However, if the purchase has indeed been made by the cardholder, and the request for a refund is not a result of exercising the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, the cancellation of the corresponding charge has been unduly demanded, the cardholder will be obliged to compensate TODOMOP for the damages caused as a result of such cancellation.

PayGold

Paygold is a type of payment in which the merchant sends a payment URL via SMS or email to its customers. Once the customers have received this URL, they only have to access and enter their card details to make the payment. This type of payment basically consists of two phases:

First phase: In this phase the merchant connects to the POS-Virtual and requests a Paygold payment. In this request, the merchant must indicate the telephone number or e-mail address to which the URL is to be sent later. After receiving this request, the Virtual POS will store the request and send the holder the SMS or e-mail with the URL. The merchant can make the Paygold payment request via REST request or via the administration portal.
Second phase: In this second phase, the cardholder proceeds to make the payment via the URL provided. Within this URL, the cardholder will proceed to enter the card details and perform authentication if necessary.

PayPal

It allows for secure and convenient online payments. The PayPal network is built on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global real-time payment solution. Google Pay

Google Pay enables payments using any credit or debit card stored in your Google account, including those from Google Play, YouTube, Chrome, or an Android device. This payment method is available through the payment gateway.

Bizum (only for Spain)

Bizum is an instant, easy, and secure way to make payments using a mobile phone number. The buyer is redirected to a specific payment page for Bizum (Redsys gateway), where they do not need to enter their card details but rather their phone number, Bizum PIN, and subsequently the OTP (One Time Password) for transaction authentication. Bank transfer or deposit

When selecting bank transfer or deposit, you will receive an email with TODOMOP's bank details along with the order confirmation. It is crucial to indicate the order number in the subject of the transfer, along with your name and surname, and complete the transfer within 3 days after the order confirmation date to validate it.

Orders paid by bank transfer will be held for 4 business days, excluding weekends, starting the day after the order is placed. After this period, they will be automatically deleted. If you wish, you can send us the transfer receipt by email to hola@todomop.com. However, please note that the order will not be considered effective until our administration department has received confirmation of the transfer from the bank. Remind you that the payment must be made in Euros, and any exchange and bank commissions are your responsibility.

For bank transfers from outside Spain, it is crucial to instruct your bank to cover the fees at the source. TODOMOP may withhold the shipment of your order if the full amount is not received due to bank commissions and expenses from your institution. Any exchange and bank commissions are the customer's responsibility.

Cash on delivery

With this payment method, the buyer pays for the order upon delivery by the transport company. This payment method incurs a 5% collection management fee on the total order, with a minimum of €3 charged by the transport company. This payment method is limited to a maximum total of €500. Valid payment method for mainland Spain.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer has a period of 14 natural days to withdraw, starting from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without specifying reasons. The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be carried out by notifying through a phone call to 686 80 24 48 or writing to the email address hola@todomop.com.

In accordance with Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the supply of services or goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from withdrawal.

Warranty

TODOMOP is responsible for non-conformities of all products offered on the website for the following periods:

• 14 days for used or semi-new products.
• the warranty period offered by the manufacturer, which will be displayed in the product description for new products.

Used products do not have a warranty. TODOMOP provides a after-sales service during the specified period. The customer can contact TODOMOP's after-sales service by calling the customer service phone number 686 80 24 48 or writing to the email address hola@todomop.com.

Warranty on new products

The product warranty is between one and two years, depending on the manufacturer.

It is considered under warranty:

• Products with manufacturing defects, defective or defective assembly.
• Products with apparent malfunctions, breakdowns or breakages.

Wear and tear due to use, misuse or misapplication is not covered by the warranty.

In the event that a product is considered under warranty, the issue will be resolved by either repairing the item or replacing it with a new one, as determined by the supplier or technical service and at no cost.

Accessories and parts in contact with the ground do not have a warranty due to the possibility of collision with stones or materials that may damage the product. If there is a breakage unrelated to this reason, such as a manufacturing defect or unusual wear, the material is removed to send it to the factory or supplier for verification. If it is confirmed to be a problem with the part, the material is replaced at the supplier's expense.

Under no circumstances is the disassembly of the products recommended, as it may void the warranty.

Returns

The deadline for requesting a return is 14 calendar days after receipt of the package. The causes for the return request may be:

• Withdrawal
• Defective or damaged products
• Error in the order
• Non-compliance with characteristics or description

The shipping costs will not be refunded in the following cases:

• Buyer's withdrawal from the order.
• Buyer's error in placing the order.
• If the buyer sends the product for return at their own expense, the refund will only cover the portion corresponding to the products, not the total order amount.
• If the buyer sends the product for return with shipping costs to be paid upon delivery, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

The customer must return the product to TODOMOP following the instructions received when requesting the return of the product, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal from the contract is formalised. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the customer returns the product before the end of the period.

Return policy

New products

New products returned must meet the requirements listed below. In all circumstances, the order will not be refunded before the material has been checked.

We do not accept returns of new products in the following cases:

1. Electric products already installed.
2. Products in direct contact with the ground.
3. Hydraulic products used with oil.
4. Products with severe bumps or scratches and which affect performance.
5. Painted or personalised products.
6. Tools used.
7. Incomplete products.
8. Products without original stickers
9. Products with missing accessories.
10. Products with damaged manufacturer's box.
11. Engine components installed and used.
12. Assembled products that have been shipped unassembled.
13. No returns of opened containers or carafes will be accepted.
14. The return must be made with the same security measures as the shipment by which it was received, all products must be properly protected to avoid damage in the course of the return. Otherwise, the company will contact the end customer to study and analyse the case carefully.
15. Any product containing glass must be properly adapted to ensure that it is received in perfect condition.

Used products

As a general rule, we do not accept returns of used products that are in a deteriorated condition with respect to how they were received. In turn, we do not accept returns of used products in the following cases:

1. Hydraulic products used with oil.
2. Products with severe bumps or scratches and which affect performance.
3. Painted or personalised products.
4. Incomplete products.
   1. Products with missing accessories.
5. The return must be made with the same security measures as the shipment by which it was received, all products must be properly protected to avoid damage in the course of the return. Otherwise, the company will contact the end customer to study and analyse the case carefully.
6. Any product containing glass must be properly adapted to ensure that it is received in perfect condition.

Refund of payment

The refund of the amounts received from the customer will be made using the same payment methods employed by the customer, unless otherwise specified.

Invoice

TODOMOP will generate an ordinary invoice or a simplified invoice, depending on the customer's needs and applicable regulations, for all orders placed on the website.

The following information is included in these invoices:

• Tax ID Number of the individual or the company.
• Full name of the individual or the legal name of the company.
• Billing address and delivery address.
• These data cannot be modified except under exceptional circumstances

Temporary information files
