Shipment of products
TODOMOP ships to all countries within the European Union and also to a wide range of countries outside the European Union using DHL Express.
Delivery times
The goods shall be received within the following deadlines:
- Peninsula (Spain and Portugal): 24-72 hours (business days), depending on product availability, the chosen shipping service, and the destination location.
- Island Territories (Balearic and Canary Islands): 48 hours-5 business days, depending on product availability, the chosen shipping service, and the destination location.
- European Union: 24 hours-72 hours (business days), depending on product availability, the chosen shipping service, and the destination location.
- Rest of the Countries: 48 hours-72 hours (business days), depending on product availability, the chosen shipping service, and the destination location.
The deadlines indicated are the deadlines that will be met as a general rule, however, it is important to bear in mind that they may vary due to circumstances beyond TODOMOP's control. Factors such as customs delays, adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the timeliness of delivery.
Orders that enter outside the operational hours of the transport agencies (after 17:00 CET) will be shipped the next day.
Responsibilities
The customer must check that the product is received in good condition and, if this is not the case, it must be noted on the carrier's sheet before signing the delivery note.
The customer will have a period of 48/72 hours to check that the goods correspond to the order placed on our website, including additional components and parts included in the product.
Es responsabilidad de TODOMOP que los productos de los pedidos que se reciben hasta su recogida por la agencia de transportes estén en el estado especificado en la descripción del producto en la tienda online. Las agencias de transportes son empresa ajenas a TODOMOP por lo que los daños, demoras o cualquier incidencia de otra índole, TODOMOP se exime de toda responsabilidad. No obstante, TODOMOP realizará todas las gestiones oportunas con la agencia de transporte para solucionar la incidencia, informará al cliente del estado de la incidencia y ayudará al cliente, en la medida de sus posibilidades, a realizar cualquier gestión que necesitara realizar para solucionar el problema, tanto en el caso de rotura del producto o extravío, para su reposición o tramitación con el seguro de la agencia.
TODOMOP cannot make any claims against the transport agency once the delivery documents have been signed.
Orders received in the afternoon are not guaranteed to be dispatched on the same day due to the limited time that exists in these cases until the material is picked up by the transport agencies.
Shipping and transportation costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are borne by the customer and are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products according to the rates of the transport agencies. If multiple options are available, the customer can select their preferred option. Shipping costs will be reflected in the purchasing process separately from the product costs.
